About Me

Hello! My name is Shane Cody Rutherford, I am an aspiring graphic designer, photographer and artist living in sunny Northern California. I hold two degrees in graphic design and have been fortunate enough to have my work displayed in a few local and collegiate galleries. I have won best of show and have sold my work in such galleries as well. I tackle every new project and idea with enthusiasm! I have a very distinct style that I typically work with, though I have studied and experimented with many different styles and design elements in my work. I always enjoy learning something new and spreading the joy of design whenever possible. I have a background in mechanics and industrial design as well along with a slew of other interesting skills I've picked up throughout the years. I try to apply all my skills and abilities to my work and recreational hobbies. 

I enjoy traveling and playing music whenever possible, I always hunt for new inspiration for art and design whenever I am not working on projects or pieces. I have many acquaintances around the globe and on occasion have collaborated with them on ideas and projects alike! Such projects include joint social media collaborations such as blogs, podcasts and product reviews. 

My personal views are that through design, photography and art we can set a path for all of humankind to benefit from!
